You finally did it. You motivated yourself to do something 2 days in a row, but then… You miss a day. What Now? If you are a chronic procrastinator it’s hard to stick to schedules, keep commitments, and stay persistent.
When you start out your day it’s important to get off on the right foot…which means be productive right from the start. Now I am not a morning person and I certainly enjoy the snooze button so its an uphill
